OMG! This is my first time ever posting a comment here, I'm so excited. I have been watching Fringe since Pilot. Anyways I just want to give my opinion that this might be the first episode in which we begin to see Peters intent on coming back. These "hallucinations" by Walter are probably Peter in some way or another trying to communicate with Walter from whatever vacuum he may be in.
